What's included
A complete, optimised profile.
Account audit or creation
If you already have a profile, we audit it for ownership, duplicates, suspensions, and missing optimisation. If you do not, we create it from scratch under your account.
NAP consistency
Name, Address, Phone aligned exactly between GBP, your website, and any directory listings we can verify. NAP inconsistency is the most common reason businesses get demoted in the map pack.
Categories and attributes
Primary and secondary categories chosen for what you actually want to rank for (not just "what we do"). All relevant attributes ticked - wheelchair access, languages spoken, payment types, online appointments, etc.
Services and products
Every service you offer added with a proper description. Products listed where they help (dental practices, retailers). The "Services" list is what Google often shows in the knowledge panel.
Photos and posts: your playbook
Photos and posting stay in your hands, where Google likes them freshest. We hand you a simple photo checklist (exterior, interior, team, work) and a monthly posting plan you can run yourself in minutes.
Review link
A short-link review URL you can text or email to clients, plus a recommended cadence for asking. Genuine reviews only; we never fake or incentivise them.

Common questions about GBP setup.
How is GBP setup priced?
GBP setup is sold as part of the Google Setup Pack ($350), which also covers Search Console and a basic GA4 install. The three setups share the same business data, so doing them together in one sitting is faster for us and cheaper for you.
Why is it free with Growth and Scale builds?
If we are building you a 30-page site we are already touching the same NAP, categories, and services data. Doing the GBP setup at the same time is faster than coming back to it later, so we bundle it in without an additional charge.
Can you do this for a business you didn't build a website for?
Yes - about half of the GBP setups we do are standalone. The same playbook applies whether or not the website is ours.
