For sites we did not build, the quote reflects the time to understand someone else's code first; Shopify builds include 6 months of post-launch support, with maintenance after delivery quoted the same way.

Do you offer a monthly retainer?
Not for maintenance. Your first 6 months are free on every build, and after that bug fixes and updates are quoted per task, so you never pay a monthly fee "just in case." Clients who want ongoing attention take the SEO plan (from $520/month), where we look after everything on an agreed quarterly scope, but it is opt-in, never a condition of working with us.
How fast can you turn around a maintenance request?
Small text updates: usually same business day. New sections or feature additions: 2 to 5 business days depending on scope. Anything urgent (a site outage on a Webstallion build), we drop everything.
Can you maintain a site I built on WordPress / Squarespace / Wix?
Yes, with a quote that reflects the platform's quirks. WordPress maintenance requires more time (plugin and core updates, database backups, security audits). Squarespace and Wix maintenance is mostly content work; we quote based on what you actually need done.
