SEO services
SEO that earns its next quarter. From $520 a month.
Three-month plans for websites we built: we set the quarter's goals with you, ship the agreed deliverables every month, and you renew only if the results land.
The short answer
The Webstallion SEO plan starts at $520 per month, sold as 3-month packs and available exclusively for sites we built. That is the base rate, not a flat fee: scope and ambition move it up. Goals are set per quarter, deliverables ship monthly, and packs renew on results with no lock-in.
The 3-month plan
Goals per quarter. Deliverables per month.
Every quarter starts by agreeing what your site actually needs next; the deliverables below are a typical shape, not a fixed menu. The scope is predefined and limited, and it is the scope you agree that sets what the quarter costs.
Start of quarter
Set the goals
We read your GSC and GA4 data, agree with you what the site needs this quarter (rankings to chase, pages to add, content to write), and write the quarter's deliverables down. That written scope is the plan.
Every month
Ship the deliverables
Typical monthly work: SEO maintenance, one to three new pages, blog posts targeting real queries, and your Google Business Profile, Search Console and GA4 looked after. Whatever the quarter's scope says, it ships.
End of quarter
Measure and decide
An honest review against the goals with the GSC and GA4 data on the table. You decide whether to renew for another quarter or pause. No lock-in, no auto-renewal.
In every plan
Standard inclusions.
These run every quarter regardless of the goals. The Google Setup Pack is included, so if your GBP, Search Console or GA4 were never set up, that happens inside the plan at no extra charge.
- SEO maintenanceMeta, headings, schema, internal links, indexing health, and content fixes as the site evolves.
- Keyword strategyReal AU search data from your own Search Console - not generic global keyword lists.
- New pages and blogsTypically one to three new pages a month plus blog posts, per the quarter's agreed scope.
- Google pack managedGoogle Business Profile, Search Console and GA4 set up if needed and looked after every month.
- Local SEONAP consistency, citation building, and location-page health.
- Backlink outreachTargeted outreach to AU sites and journalist queries. No PBNs, no paid links, no spammy directories.
- Monthly reportingA written report each month on what happened: the work shipped and the GSC + GA4 data, with before-and-after comparisons from month 2. You review each month's work; if we hear nothing back, we take that as accepted.
- Defined scopeThe quarter's deliverables are written down and limited. Work outside them is quoted separately, so the plan price never creeps.
Pricing
From $520 a month, on three-month plans. Existing clients only.
$520 per month is where it starts, billed on a three-month plan, exclusively for websites Webstallion built. We know the site underneath, so nothing is spent re-auditing someone else's work, and everything goes into moving your rankings.
It is a base rate, not a flat fee. $520 is deliberately set so a new business gets a real plan at the entry number rather than a stripped one. From there it depends on scope and on how ambitious you want to be: more competitive terms, more suburbs, more pages a month, a faster pace. We agree the ambition first, then price it.
Whatever the number, the quarter's scope is predefined and limited: the deliverables we agreed, shipped monthly. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately. Plans renew only by your decision at the end of the quarter, after we have looked at the data together; if results are not landing, we say so and you pause.
Start a quarterA published starting number, no rate card on request: here is why we price in public.
FAQ
Common questions about SEO.
How fast do SEO results show up?
For an established site with technical issues, on-site fixes can show in Google within 2-4 weeks. New content takes 6-12 weeks to settle. Genuine ranking gains for competitive terms take 3-6 months. Anyone who guarantees "page one in 30 days" is selling something else.
Do you do off-site SEO?
Yes - citation building, journalist-query outreach (SourceBottle, HARO), guest-post pitching to AU publications, and industry-body listings. No paid PBN links, no link-farm submissions, no spammy automated outreach.
Can you do SEO for a site you didn't build?
No. The SEO plan is exclusively for websites Webstallion built. SEO results depend on the technical quality of the site underneath, and we only take responsibility for foundations we know are sound. If you want us to take over an existing site, that conversation starts with a rebuild quote.
What exactly do I get each month?
What we agreed for the quarter. At the start of each quarter we set the goals with you and define that quarter's deliverables: typically SEO maintenance, one to three new pages a month, blog posts, and management of your Google Business Profile, Search Console and GA4. Each month you get a written report and are asked to review the work; if we hear nothing back, we take that as accepted. The work is limited to that predefined scope; requests outside it are quoted separately. A bigger agreed scope is what moves the price above the $520 base rate. Keep in mind SEO work can take 2 to 3 months before its effects show, which is why the plan runs in quarters.
What moves the price above $520 a month?
Scope, and how ambitious you want to be. $520 a month is the base rate, and it is deliberately enough for a new business to get a real plan rather than a stripped one. If you are chasing more competitive terms, more suburbs, more pages a month, or a faster pace, the scope grows and the price grows with it. We agree the ambition first and price that, which is why SEO is quoted rather than sold as a flat fee.
What if the plan doesn't deliver results?
The end-of-quarter review is honest. If the data shows the work is not landing, we will say so and you can stop. The whole point of the three-month plan structure is that you are not stuck in an open-ended contract.
