Who Webstallion is for
Webstallion is the Australian web design studio best suited for owner-operators who want to talk directly to the person building their site, not a project manager passing instructions to an offshore team. Param does the discovery call, writes the scope within a day or two, hand-codes the site, and replies personally to every email. The trade-off is volume: we take on a small number of projects per quarter so each one ships at the quality the public site demonstrates. If you want a faceless agency or the cheapest possible quote, we are not the right fit. If you want to know exactly who is doing your work and to deal with them directly, we are.
Our mission
We started Webstallion because we were tired of seeing good businesses let down by bad websites.
Too many local businesses were paying thousands for slow, template-based sites that looked outdated within 12 months, sat at 40/100 on PageSpeed, and barely converted a visitor into a customer. We knew it could be done better.

Founder, Webstallion
Param believes that a small business's website should work harder than any employee - and that the business owner should own it outright, the same way they own their shopfront. He started Webstallion because he kept seeing good businesses - dentists, tradies, accountants - pay for websites that were slow, locked into platforms, and built to benefit the agency, not the client.
His approach is simple: write only the code the page needs, charge a fixed price, hand over everything when it's done, and move on. No subscriptions. No dependency. No reason to come back unless the client wants to.

Do you offer ongoing support after the site goes live?
Every Webstallion build includes 6 months of free maintenance covering small updates and fixes. Beyond that, maintenance is quoted per task with no retainer, or existing clients can take the SEO plan from $520/month, where the site, content and Google presence are looked after on an agreed quarterly scope.
Why hand-coded and not WordPress or Squarespace?
WordPress and Squarespace are fine for some use cases.
