Theme customisation

A current Shopify Online Store 2.0 theme customised to your brand colours, fonts, imagery, and layout. Not the demo theme, not a stock template you could buy yourself.

Product and collection setup

Products imported with titles, descriptions, variants, images, and metafields where you need them. Collections built for the buying paths your customers actually use.

Payments, shipping, tax

Shopify Payments or your gateway of choice, shipping zones and rates set up for Australia (and overseas if needed), GST configured correctly, and AusPost / Sendle / StarTrack integrations where they fit.

Required pages and policies

About, contact, FAQ, shipping policy, returns and refunds, privacy policy, terms of service - all written to Australian Consumer Law standards, not US templates.

Apps and integrations

Reviews app (Judge.me or similar), email capture (Klaviyo or Shopify Email), basic abandoned-cart recovery, and any niche apps your category needs (subscriptions, bundles, age gates, wholesale). We pick free or low-cost apps first; paid ones only when they genuinely earn their keep.

Analytics and conversion tracking

GA4 wired to the storefront and checkout, Meta Pixel configured (if you advertise), enhanced ecommerce events firing on add-to-cart and purchase. You can actually see what is converting from day one.

Included in every Shopify build

Six months of post-launch services.

Most agencies hand you a Shopify store on launch day and walk away. We stay attached for six months - covering small page edits, product additions, copy tweaks, blog posts, and any of the inevitable little tuning a new store needs in its first selling season.

Fair-use note: the six months is genuinely included; a sensible cap kicks in around 15 pages of work and 10 blog posts so we are not designing a second store under the same fee. Most stores never come close.

This is a standard Shopify build, not Shopify Plus. If you need headless commerce, multi-storefront orchestration, B2B with custom price lists per buyer, or six-figure monthly traffic with custom backend integrations, we are not the right fit and we will say so on the discovery call.

We do not do dropshipping store setups, AliExpress storefronts, or "set-and-forget" sites for resellers. Every Shopify build we ship is for a real Australian business selling its own product or curated range.

Do I need an existing Shopify subscription?

We can build inside a development store first, then transfer to your live Shopify plan at launch. Shopify's monthly plan (currently $51/month for Basic in AU) is yours directly - we do not mark it up or resell it.

Can you migrate from WooCommerce / BigCommerce / Wix Stores?

Yes - product, customer, and order migration is included for stores up to a few hundred SKUs. Larger or more complex migrations are quoted on top.

How long does a Shopify build take?

Usually three to four weeks from signed scope to launch, depending on how much of the product data and copy is ready when we start. We will give you a fixed launch date in the written scope.

What happens after the six months?

You either move to ad-hoc maintenance at the existing-client rate, take ownership of small edits in-house (Shopify's editor is friendly), or come back for a larger expansion piece. There is no auto-renewing retainer.
